Business Development & Account Executive

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 (DOE) + performance bonus
Location: Remote-first (UK), with occasional travel to customer meetings, industry events and BIOVIT hubs in Bristol & London

BIOVIT is a remote-first company with regular team days in Bristol and London.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious early-career commercial professional to join BIOVIT’s growing sales team.

This is an opportunity for both entry-level and more experienced applicants, with salary dependent on your level of experience. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director and wider team to help build new customer relationships, support commercial activity, and ensure opportunities are progressed smoothly from first conversation through to delivery.

You’ll combine relationship-building, commercial thinking and strong organisational skills — making this role ideal for someone who wants to develop a career in business, sales or the food and nutrition industry within a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Business Development

  • Engage prospective B2B customers via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Introduce BIOVIT’s natural vitamin and mineral solutions to new brands
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities

Account & Relationship Support

  • Support the development of relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Follow up inbound enquiries, leads and event contacts
  • Help nurture opportunities from early interest to commercial agreement

Commercial Operations & Admin

  • Prepare quotes, pricing information and sample requests
  • Support order processing, invoicing and internal coordination
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and organised commercial processes
  • Work closely with sales, technical and operations teams to deliver a strong customer experience

About You

We’re looking for someone with commercial curiosity, confidence and strong organisational skills.

You might be a recent graduate, at an early stage in your career or already have several years of experience. You will have an an interest in business, sales, food, nutrition or sustainability.

You’ll likely have:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Confidence engaging with new people and organisations
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, practical mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
